Meet the Authors

Jeffrey & Mindy helped pioneer and launch the natural bodybuilding and fitness model movements. They created events, expos, magazines, television shows and seminars around the world that inspired millions to take massive personal action and transform into the visual representation of their own superhero.

Through the World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) and its FAME World Tour, they helped thousands of personal trainers, coaches, consultants, fitness models, athletes, magazines, businesses and companies in the fitness and wellness realms to build their brands and propel their careers forward. In fact, a niche market with unique products, philosophies and programs was created and still exists to this day.

Realizing that being fit goes beyond strength and appearance they set out on a mission to empower others to rethink fitness. That is because being FIT must include taking action for one's mental, emotional, social, spiritual and functional selves too. Today, Mindy & Jeffrey are focusing on helping brands who wish to further this message and are currently overseeing the development of World Healing & Training Centers. With a focus on helping anyone self-love, and self-heal, their intention to raise the consciousness of society.

They are already working on the rest of the Serbinand series, books 2 - 9 as well as a Masterclass, book and certification course for Personal Trainers called Rethink Fitness. Their intention is to inspire people around the world through laughter, wellness and rethinking fitness.

Book 1 Has Been Revised (Oct 2022)

A Message from Jeff

So… The Ridiculous Adventures of Serbinand, book 1 has been revised!

Yup, over the last 4-5 months, while enjoying the healing energies of the world treatment and training center here in Mexico, Mindy and I completely updated our characters’ adventures.

We updated how they were thinking, what they were learning to self-love and self-heal, and we enhanced their self-discovery. We helped them unlearn to relearn, and then rethink on their own.

That is largely thanks to the insights gained and the inspiration we felt from the “Self-Love” and “Self-Heal” certification courses we had been invited to observe and help guide.

I started writing The Ridiculous Adventures of Serbinand in my teens. It was one of the first things I proudly shared with Mindy when we first met. It was the one passion project that I found myself continually came back to — in little bursts — throughout the years.

With Mindy’s help in developmental editing, I finished it in 2020. In rereading it, and listening to the feedback, I realized I was really impressed with her skills. So much so, in fact, that I invited her to be a Co-Author with ME!

That’s right is The Ridiculous Adventures of Serbinand is now authored by both Mindy & ME! 💫 It actually kicks off with season 3 of Tuning In with Jeff & Mindy, but this time as a “TV” show (online) as part of the new “DocSTAR” network. That’s right, each self-empowerment theme of the book will be a major focus of the show. That means insightful and inspiring guests — AND — it I get to do a reading each and every week! 🙌

So, if you, or someone you love, likes to read, we invite you to jump into our imaginations and also laugh! Yep, many of you will notice yourself laughing out loud. True story. We have been told of accounts of it. I guess that’s what happens when inspired by a cocktail of imagination and humour. We’re talking a merging of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Monty Python, Star Wars, Star Trek, Family Guy, Space Force, Seinfeld and even Ted Lasso…
